For me it took Hope (belief), Faith (Trust & Action), and Love (Acceptance) to move my recovery from my mental health illnesses from hopefully to knowing I am going to be OK, I am not alone and I still have a choice. Give hope a chance, we are not alone, we are going to be ok, we have a choice.
It’s not just a part of who we are as survivors – it’s a part of who we are as a nation. – The Honourable Murray Sinclair

One of the greatest gifts you can give to someone, is the gift of love by way of acknowledgment, empathy, compassion, acceptance and inclusion. The world today needs more love, and less of indifference towards each other.

We are losing to many Grandparents, Fathers, Uncles, Brothers, Sons and Friends. It's time to end the stigma, there is no shame or guilt in reaching out for help.
By uniting together in our common challenges and bringing our lived experience, knowledge and wisdom into our conversations and listening to one another with empathy and compassion, we will grow together and build strength in our lives and in helping others.
Diversity is what makes the world such a beautiful and interesting place. When you open your life to it, you learn to respect and celebrate those differences that make everyone special— including your own.
Does diversity exist without inclusion? When people feel included, they feel a sense of belonging that drives increased participation, results and creates collaborative connections which are innovative, engaging and vibrant. Individuals that feel included are more likely to be positively engaged within their lives and in helping others.
